Revision facelift, taking an 8 to a 10. I did not know this beautiful 60-something before her first facelift 2 years ago, but I knew she was unhappy with persistent midface descent and neck laxity less than a year out of her SMAS facelift done elsewhere. I thought her result was acceptable, but she wanted more, and her conversion to a true deep plane facelift 9 months ago is best seen in her jowls, neck bands, and midface, areas where the deep plane truly shines. She also went upper blepharoplasty and gentle endoscopic brow rotation to preserve her beauty and identity whilst achieving her goals.
