This is a 50 something white man who sought revision of an existing custom medpor chin implant with jaw angle enhancement. an endomandible(TM) implant was placed for total jaw enhancement in addition to paired malar implants with an infraorbital component to improve symmetry and projection of the cheeks and eyes.
